TRUTH TUESDAY!
Truth is we like to have fun around here. We also like everything to run smoothly on our jobs. We like extra clean job sites. We like customers who have timely selections made. We like every tradesperson to show up when scheduled and on time. We like there to be no surprises when we open up that wall or tear out the flooring to do new things. We like supplies that come in on time and not damaged. We like the weather to cooperate too. I mea come on, rain rain go away somedays.
And we want to BEST outcome for our clients always. If there are delays or hiccups, we can assure you it’s not intentional OR desired. Why in the world would we want that? Ha!
But truth is, we don’t live in a perfect world. Sometimes things happen beyond our control. Some days a subcontractor forgets to actually tape down the protective plastic and things get unnecessarily dirty.
Sometimes it takes longer to decide what you want in your home or it has to be sourced from a place that just takes longer to come in. That’s okay. We understand.
Sometimes it comes in and the person at that company ordered it wrong or it comes broken. Some days people get sick, can’t show up, have a flat tire etc. or don’t communicate to us.
Some days we open up walls to find out, oh, this is a bigger problem, or the floors aren’t straight forward.
Some days the weather simply doesn’t get the memo that we have a deadline and customers to make happy.
But that’s just how life is. We always take full ownership of how the cards fall. We will always aim for excellence and to please our amazing customers! We love our customers and pray at the end of the day everyone is happy and sleeps well in their beautiful blessed homes. ✨🙌🏼
