BASIC CLEANS INCLUDE:
Kitchens
*Clean counters, table and chairs
*Clean, scrub and sanitize sink, countertops and backsplashes
*Clean exterior of ranges, refrigerators and small appliances
*Clean inside and outside of microwave ovens
*Vacuum and mop floor
*Empty wastebasket
Bathrooms
*Clean, scrub and sanitize showers and bathtubs
*Clean, scrub and sanitize vanities, sinks and backsplash
*Clean mirrors
*Clean and sanitize toilets
*Vacuum and mop floor
*Empty wastebasket
All Rooms (living room, dining room, bedrooms, stairs, foyers & Sunrooms)
*Clean, dust and vacuum
*Dust furniture
*Shake out rugs and vacuum
*Clean stairs and railings
*Clean mirrors
*Empty wastebasket
MOVE OUT/MOVE IN/DEEP CLEANS INCLUDE:
All of the Above
Plus:
*Dust window sills/blinds/ledges
*Clean inside windows(what a 2-step ladder will reach)
*Clean louvered doors
*Clean light switches
*Clean ceiling fans/light fixtures
*Clean baseboards/door frames
*Clean exterior/interior cabinets(when empty)
*Clean inside refrigerator(when empty)
*Remove cobwebs
*Wipe walls where dirty(full wipe downs $5/wall)
*Clean top of refrigerator
*Clean stove/oven
*Vacuum all carpet crevices(crevices along the edge where bugs, animal hair, carpet fibers collect)

FINE PRINT AGREEMENT
*We provide cleaning supplies. If client wants certain products used to clean with, the client will supply.
*Client provides vacuum for sanitary reasons.
*We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2-step step stool(MOVE OUT/IN/DEEP ONLY)
*Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand and will require a window cleaner to be hired(MOVE OUT/IN/DEEP ONLY)
*We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive buildup may require an additional charge. Extra charge is $5 per blind(MOVE OUT/IN/DEEP ONLY)
*We do not strip beds or remake(unless arrangements have been made)
*Please know that if you want beds made, client needs to have beds stripped and a fresh set of sheets out for bed. We do not wash and dry sheets to remake bed with the same ones that were taken off. Extra fee for making beds is $5/bed. If bed is not stripped, fee is double per bed. This will need to be discussed before I start cleaning your home.
*We do not provide outside laundry services.
*We do not wash/dry/fold/hang laundry
*We do not do dishes/load/unload dishwashers.
*We do not clean up cat or dog p**p, urine or throw up. Please have that picked up before arrival so we can vacuum and mop.
*Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
*Quotes are given on cleaning the whole house, whether or not the clients wants certain rooms left alone.
*No substitutions for something else to be cleaned other than what quote has been given for at the time of this agreement.
*If you have extra cleaning needs, please discuss with me 48 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply.
***Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning or you cancel the day of your cleaning, there is a $50 service fee and the fee is due at next cleaning. If I make it home or to my next appointment before you respond to my text/call, you will be skipped for that clean. Failure to pay the fee will be a cause for immediate drop from my client schedule.
***Cancellation requirements are 24 hours before cleaning appt, anything less, the fee is $50 and due at next cleaning appt. Failure to pay will be a cause to be dropped from my client schedule.
***If I only clean once a month and you are on a weekly or bi-weekly clean and you cancel, skip or are sick and this becomes a problem with cancellations, then next clean you will owe your cleaning fee plus $50. If I am sick during your week of cleaning, I will not charge the extra cleaning fee. The reason for this charge is you are holding a specific day for your home to be cleaned that I can not put someone else in your spot.
***All quotes given will include a $50 upcharge for first clean only.
***There is a $50 non-refundable fee to hold a cleaning appt. Due to the fact that several are making appts and then canceling before their first clean.
***Please understand this is my income. The only income I have to pay my bills.
***If your clean falls on one of the months with 5 weeks and you choose to skip/cancel, etc one of those weeks, please know that there is a $50 charge at next clean.
***All fee’s I have included are due to the fact that I hold specific days to clean your home. I can not replace you due to this is your scheduled days promised to you. So please keep this in mind when canceling your appts. Thank you!
*Organizing fee is by the hour: $25/hour
