**Looking to hire a skilled and experienced cabinet maker who can lead a team of craftsmen!**

Midtown Artisan Cabinetry specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing custom cabinets for mainly residential homes and builders in the Tennessee Valley area. We are looking for a cabinet shop manager who can oversee the daily operations of our shop, supervise and train our staff, and ensure that our products meet our standards and our customers' expectations.

As a cabinet shop manager, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising and coordinating the activities of cabinet makers, machine operators and installers
- Reviewing and interpreting shop drawings, cut lists, and specifications
- Maintaining inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
- Performing quality control inspections and bringing to owners’ attention any issues or defects
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules and regulations

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- At least 3 years of experience in cabinet making or woodworking
- (Not required, but desired) At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Knowledge of cabinet construction and installation processes
- Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
