Come sit in something beautiful.
Four chairs just arrived and every single one of them has a story. A pair of vintage swivel barrels freshly reupholstered in the most perfect shade of orange. A Milo Baughman recliner with pull-out footrest in new grey leather. His sculpted lounge chair newly upholstered and ready for its next chapter. And a vintage swivel rocker still wearing its original mustard vinyl like it never left the ‘60s. Available in store or on the website!

Some stories take a little longer to tell.
Two days before Hurricane Helene hit Asheville, a family we adore bought one of the rarest pieces we carry — a Broyhill Brasilia room divider. They never got to take it home.
In the days after the storm, we reached out to every customer with unpicked items and refunded their money. When we called this family, they refused. They told us it was more important for our family to get back on our feet.
Then they said something we will never forget:
“Asheville wouldn’t be the same without Atomic.”
We salvaged the top of their piece from the wreckage and made them a promise — if we ever found the bottom, it was theirs. A year and a half later, we found it on a buying trip. We gave the top a full refinish and dropped it off tonight. Todd even surprised them with a piece of art he made today from a Brasilia remnant saved from the hurricane.
Honestly, working on this piece brought it all back — the loss, the uncertainty, and every single person who helped pull us through. We don’t take any of it for granted.
To this family — thank you. We are so glad we could finally return the favor. ❤️
