The 2025 Chi-Town Showdown at Great Lakes Dragaway provided some intense racing in every class, and it was a Privilege to be a small part of the action.

First off, a huge thank you goes out to Hogan for inviting me to be your announcer again this year! We all owe Billy some thanks for making the Chi-Town Showdown happen in the first place, and in my biased opinion it's the most bad ass event in grass drag.

Now as an announcer I can firmly say that Xtreme Sound has the equipment, crew, and expertise to take the audio part of this event to a very high level. They are a pleasure to work with, and that system just kicks ass all the way around! Many thanks to Tony Prestigiacomo and the crew, y'all rock and you play GREAT tunes between rounds.
