Our technicians are well trained so they can give you a great estimate based on the square footage of the home or business. They can also take a look at the level of dirt in the carpet and any stains that will require special attention. You will get an estimate up front of what the cost will be before anything is done. 2. Moving Furniture We will take the time to move most light furniture such as, couch, loveseat, chairs & small tables. What we can't move though we will protect so that you don't have to worry about anything being damaged during the carpet cleaning process. 3. Pre-Condition and pre spot treatment All carpets are treated with a pre-conditioner before cleaning. This is an important and necessary step in carpet cleaning, as this helps suspend any dirt and oil so that is can be easily rinsed out. 4. Pre- groom We will use a carpet groomer to help to remove soil in those areas where you experience heavier traffic. 5. Extracting and Rinsing We use all Truck mounted units which are the most thorough and advanced equipment on the market. Using a powerful truck mounted cleaning unit, we thoroughly flush and rinse the carpet. Our cleaning unit is capable of heating the water to 200 degrees with vacuum power strong enough to leave it only slightly damp. 6. Post Spot Treatment After the cleaning process the technician will inspect and address any stains that did not come out. The technician can then go over the options of how we can treat those stains. Our technicians are expertly trained to handle all types of stains and can handle any repairs that may need to be done. 7. Ultra Sea is applied (optional but highly recommended) If requested by you, we will protect your carpets with Ultra Seal so it will be easier for you to keep your carpet clean. 8. Fast Drying We do understand that you want your carpets to dry as quickly as possible. We bring along air movers to circulate the air which will speed up that drying process for you. 9. Post Grooming The carpet is raked to groom the fibers and to aid in the drying process. 10 Final Inspections Since we don't feel that our job is done until you are satisfied with it, we want you to take part in the final inspection. If you find anything that you aren't happy with please let us know and we will correct it. If you are happy with everything then you will be asked to sign off on the invoice for the technician.
