I will be adding a Sourdough Croissant loaf to the menu for Motherā€™s Day! The grated butter gives this loaf a golden, flakey crust that is just out of this world delicious!

Sourdough bread is completely natural, as there are no additives from yeast, and itā€™s a rich source of vitamins and minerals. Sourdough is a great alternative to conventional bread. It's richer in nutrients, less likely to spike your blood sugar, and generally easier to digest. It also acts as a prebiotic, feeding beneficial bacteria in the gut.
