Another custom project completed!

This time, I built a cabinet from bleached oak with 12 soft-close drawers, upper storage cabinets, and a special illuminated niche for the client’s Buddhist statue.

I used Rubio Monocoat Nordic White to give the wood a lighter, softer look while keeping its beautiful natural grain visible.

I enjoy working with natural wood, and I always pay attention to the little details. My goal is to make furniture that not only looks beautiful but is also practical and built to last.

Everything was custom-made to fit the space perfectly.

People always see me taking measurements, talking about wood, and figuring out how to build custom furniture… but there’s someone behind the scenes who deserves a lot of the credit.

My daughter.

While I’m busy measuring every inch and thinking about construction details, she’s making sure our clients actually understand what I’m talking about. 😂 She helps with communication, keeps everything organized, answers questions, and somehow makes the whole process look easy.

Let’s just say… she’s the friendly one. 😄

I’m incredibly grateful to have her by my side. Building beautiful furniture is important, but building trust with clients is just as important—and she does an amazing job at that.

Family business at its best. ❤️

In my business, my two greatest helpers are my son and my truck.

One helps turn ideas into reality. The other delivers them safely to my customers.

Behind every project are years of experience, honest hard work, and a true passion for woodworking.

Thank you to everyone who trusts KEN & Wood to build furniture for your home.
