Our number one goal is to give consumers the opportunity of renting or owning a home without the

stress and worries of having to make a such a monster mortgage payment every month. We understand how difficult it can be to fulfill the american dream and become a homeowner, but here at Enchantment Homes we give the average person the opportunity and chance to own a home without having to sacrifice so much. Over the years Enchantment Homes has been able to establish outstanding credit with multiple nationwide banks. With that being said, it makes it easier to get the average american approved for easy-term financing on any new home we provide, with special programs available. We offer top dollar for anyone selling a manufactured/mobile home and there is no fee for removal of the home. We also offer cosignment for certain individuals who need help selling a mobile home, but have nowhere to store or sell the home at. Land and park space is available on any site throughout the state as well. Our Expectations to the Consumer

We stand behind our product and service 110% and guarentee the ultimate customer satisfaction on every home sold. All of our homes have been manufactured in the USA from Dallas, Texas with top of the line American material. Every home is inspected and treated from head to toe before leaving the manufacturing plant. To assure our product, all of our new Legacy exclusive homes are backed with a 1-year warranty. One way to show our appreciation is by never charging for set up, take down, instillation, or delivery.
