在地狹人稠的新北市三重區，面對當代都市中日益普遍的小型單身公寓型態，本案回應的是有限尺度下，生活如何被有序地安置。一處約莫 36 m² 的居所，屋主長時間往返各國旅行，日常生活簡潔而規律，偶爾迎來朋友的短暫聚會。
設計因此從高效收納與空間整合的角度切入，將必要的機能內化為空間本身，使住宅不再只是被壓縮的面積，而是一個能隨生活節奏調整、回應不同狀態的彈性容器。
設計從「收納即動線」的邏輯出發，自玄關起，串聯客廳、餐廳與寢區，將小尺度居住中不可避免的機能需求轉化為空間秩序的一部分。大量櫃體沿牆展開，形成一條內向而穩定的生活背景，使活動得以在其中自由發生。
屋主偏好粗曠而節制的材質語彙，主要櫃體以黑鐵板構成，保留金屬的重量感與表面深度。鐵板同時成為一面可被持續書寫的牆，來自不同城市的明信片與海報以磁吸方式附著其上，讓旅行的痕跡不被收藏，而是長期滲入日常。
櫃體縫隙嵌入一只帶有夕陽顏色的燈體，在夜間作為指引照明，也成為深色量體中唯一的色彩節點，使理性的結構浮現情緒溫度。
餐桌被視為空間的核心構件。水泥質感的主桌固定於空間中央，成為動線的錨點，使行走自然環繞其周圍展開。搭配一張可移動的金屬副桌，回應獨處與聚會時對高度與尺度的不同需求。兩者之間不形成主從，而是一組可被重新配置的日常組合，讓空間在穩定中保留彈性。
整體設計並非追求視覺上的完整，而是在有限尺度內，透過材料、重量與位置的精確安排，使生活的各種狀態得以被容納、被轉換，也被尊重。這是一個為移動而生，卻始終保留歸屬感的居所。
Located in the dense urban fabric of Sanchong District, New Taipei City, this 36 m² studio apartment addresses the realities of contemporary compact single living.
Designed for a frequent traveler with a structured daily routine and occasional social gatherings, the project explores how life can be efficiently organized within a limited footprint, conceiving the home as a flexible container responsive to changing rhythms.
The design is structured around the concept of “storage as circulation,” linking the entrance, living, dining, and sleeping areas into a continuous spatial sequence. Built-in cabinetry along the walls absorbs functional demands while forming a calm, inward-oriented backdrop.
Materiality remains restrained and raw. Black steel cabinetry emphasizes weight and depth, while its magnetic surface allows travel memorabilia to remain visible and integrated into daily life. An amber-red gradient light embedded within the cabinetry provides soft night illumination and introduces subtle warmth.
At the center, a fixed concrete table anchors circulation, paired with a movable metal table that adapts to different uses. Through the precise orchestration of material, mass, and placement, the project supports multiple modes of living—creating a compact home shaped by movement and grounded in a sense of belonging.

Water Way- The National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts (NTMoFA)

國立臺灣美術館於 1988 年開館，是臺灣唯一的國家級美術館，亦為臺灣美學系譜的重要源頭。基地原址為河流蜿蜒的都會綠廊帶，遂以「水脈」為題，取河流曲折與支流意象作為空間原型，象徵美學影響力由源頭延展，流入常民生活。

基地位於國立臺灣美術館早期的主要入口區域，巨大的拱門象徵建築與城市的連結。設計移除遮擋視線與採光的人造裝修物，使自然光重新導入室內，並於主要開放空間的天頂配置線形光源，排列成拱形，呼應外部拱門，形成跨時代的空間對話，營造近似自然光的照明層次。

蜿蜒水脈之型串連場域內各項機能，並作為使用情境的分界。模組化檯面高度與材料系統，可依使用行為與需求彈性調整，翻轉傳統美術館商店型態，導入豐富的文化與空間體驗。

尺度系統： 設計回應多樣化機能的尺度需求，並考量商品種類與適用年齡的廣泛性，透過模組化尺度系統解決陳列高度的變化，同時以曲形雙向軸線改善單面展示的觀賞死角。空間以 15 公分為基礎模組，疊加形成 30 至 120 公分共七種高度配置，以因應不同使用與展示需求。

材質系統： 材質依功能選用：金屬板用於餐飲調理，布料提供休憩座椅，耐磨塑料板作為商品陳列，低反光木皮面支援閱讀與工作坊使用。整體採用美耐板系統，以兼顧耐用性、維護性與成本控制。

本案重新定義美術館商店的角色，提升其公共性，將零售結合咖啡、閱讀、觀畫與親子工作坊，透過多元文化體驗吸引不同族群進入空間，激發孩童與成人的藝術美學創造力，回應美術館的教育使命。

Opened in 1988, the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts is Taiwan’s only national art museum and a key origin of its aesthetic lineage. Once part of a meandering urban green corridor, the site inspires Waterway, using river and tributary imagery to express the flow of aesthetic influence into everyday life.

Located at one of the museum’s original main entrances, a monumental arch connects the building to the city. The design removes visual obstructions to reintroduce natural light, while arch-shaped linear lighting echoes the exterior gateway, creating a daylight-like interior atmosphere.

A meandering spatial form connects all functions and defines usage scenarios. Modular systems of height and material allow flexible adaptation, transforming the conventional museum shop into a culturally driven spatial experience.

A modular scale system based on 150 mm units generates seven height variations from 300 to 1200 mm, accommodating diverse products and users while reducing display blind spots. Materials are selected by function—metal, fabric, plastic, and low-glare wood veneer—with laminates ensuring durability and easy maintenance.

Waterway redefines the museum shop as a public cultural platform, integrating retail with coffee, reading, art viewing, and family workshops to encourage cross-generational engagement and support the museum’s educational mission.

成軍的第一年，我們以《Coffee Law Crystallization》獲得德國紅點設計獎「年度最佳設計獎 Best of the Best」，成為意義深遠的起點。此後，團隊也陸續在 iF Design Award、Good Design Award、金點設計獎、TID Award與金邸獎……等國內外賽事中陸續獲獎，至今已累積 5 座金獎與多項專業肯定，涵蓋公共服務、商業、住宅、裝置、展覽與永續設計等不同空間設計領域。
我們始終相信，好的設計不是為了追求形式表現，而是有效的回應環境問題；不是只考慮商業價值追名逐利，而是同時兼顧使用者需求與每一個設計作品背後所負擔的環境成本和專業領域的社會責任。

Our debut project Coffee Law Crystallization won the Red Dot “Best of the Best” Award, setting a meaningful precedent. Since then, we have received five gold awards and numerous honors from international platforms such as the iF Design Award, Good Design Award, Golden Pin, TID, and Jin Di Award. Our portfolio spans public service, commercial, residential, installation, exhibition, and sustainable design.

感謝TDRI台灣設計研究院委託CPD interiors擔任2025 YODEX 新一代設計展主策展單位、Atelier63主視覺設計，展覽圓滿落幕。

2025新一代設計展以「可欲未來：我想像的未來」為主題，面對未來的不確定性，CPD Interiors提出「Cross Over」策展主軸，從跨域、跨界與跨時的角度，探索設計於未來社會的轉向與實踐。展覽橫跨南港展覽館一樓與四樓：一樓設置兩座長33公尺的橋樑結構，搭建大型平台，可自由調整展出形式，象徵未來的開放對話與協作彈性。四樓延續永續概念，透過模組化單元構築可堆疊、重組的空間場景，具乘坐、展示、隔間等多重機能，展後可移至他處再用，實踐永續精神。全場採用100%回收保利龍製成的再生材料「捷綠木JLM wood」，體現地方創生與環保雙重價值。展覽不只是展現未來，更是一場「如何抵達未來」的設計原型實驗。

The 2025 Young Designers’ Exhibition adopts the theme “Preferred Future: The Future I Imagine.” In response to growing uncertainty between contemporary design and the future world, CPD Interiors proposes the curatorial concept “Cross Over,” exploring the evolving role and potential of design through transdisciplinary, cross-sector, and temporal perspectives. Spanning both the first and fourth floors of the Nangang Exhibition Center, the first floor features two 33-meter-long bridge structures, each topped with a platform that allows for flexible layouts of diverse works and display formats—symbolizing open dialogue and collaboration across future disciplines. The fourth floor continues the vision of sustainability with modular, reconfigurable units that create stackable spatial scenes supporting sitting, exhibiting, and partitioning. These units are designed for reuse beyond the exhibition, embodying the spirit of sustainable design. The entire exhibition uses 100% recycled polystyrene materials "JLM wood", reflecting a commitment to both local revitalization and environmental sustainability. This is more than an exhibition about the future—it is a prototypical experiment in how we reach the future.

2024 Asia-Pacific Forum & Exposition for Sustainability

桃園市政府環保局委任 CPD Interiors 策劃 2024 亞太永續博覽會展覽空間，以「環境永續」為核心命題，透過具象的建構語彙與材質轉譯，回應當代循環經濟的思辨與實踐。整體裝置採圓形環狀結構，象徵「無限循環」的意象，並引導觀者以開放自由的動線沉浸其中，參與材料生命週期的敘事。

空間設計刻意讓回收材質的各階段——從原貌、熱熔、絞碎到再製——清楚暴露於視覺動線之上，讓觀者從裝置外部即可直觀感知材料轉化的全過程，如同站在一座「循環機制」之外，窺見其運作核心。

主體結構選用可回收金屬，展現穩定與延續性；覆面板材則為經四階段工序處理的再生保麗龍，每片尺寸約 40 公分，從廢棄泡棉蛻變為新型建材，具體演示了材料「重生」的潛能。

材料選擇不僅營造出豐富肌理與光影，也實現超過九成的回收再利用率。此一構法策略，不只是延長材料壽命、減少廢棄物，更喚起觀者思考：真正的環保實踐，應從源頭減少資源需求。

開放式展場配置打破傳統邊界，紅色接縫線條貫穿模組之間，象徵能量與物質的流動節奏，同時強化結構的動態張力。 這不僅是一座展覽裝置，更是一種空間語言的實驗，一場關於未來材質倫理的公共對話。它鼓勵我們重新定義「資源」，也邀請每位觀者將永續意識轉化為當下行動的起點——在循環中，展開無限。
Commissioned by the Environmental Protection Bureau of Taoyuan City, CPD Interiors designed the exhibition space for the 2024 Asia-Pacific Sustainability Expo, focusing on circular economy and environmental awareness.

The circular structure symbolizes infinite cycles and invites open, immersive exploration. Recycled polystyrene panels—shown in four visible stages: raw, compressed, shredded, and reformed—demonstrate material transformation from waste to architecture.

Built with recyclable metal and over 90% reused materials, the installation merges sustainability with design clarity. Red seams emphasize the flow of energy and structure, while the open layout encourages active engagement.

More than a display, it’s a spatial statement—urging us to rethink resources and embed sustainability into daily life.

kafeD Beyond Boundaries

為支持品牌精神：追求理性、專注技藝，並提供互動式經營場地，以自由平面發想設計，由15支柱列界定中央吧台場域，將廣場迴廊概念，轉化為量體內部的流動空間。採極簡形式，回歸功能性發展，讓位於人事物的演繹。一樓強調景觀與室內連結，二樓則刻意減少攝入光線，塑造高穩定性氛圍，符合不同客群需求，有多樣座位區情境選擇。

設計要點：
1.依循自由平面概念，藉15支等距柱列複製公眾廣場建築的迴廊模式，創造人事物的流動性。

2.以極簡形式克制多餘造型，使開放式空間成為環境背景，聚焦產品的官能體驗。

3.理性地實現機能，又感性地刻意種下百年老橄欖樹，在有秩序的量體內呼喚空間的浪漫感受。

一層和二層在平面構圖上，分別參照廣場、劇院規格，塑造活動性和穩定性的不同氛圍。
廣場畫面裡，掛著訂製壁燈的柱列成為街邊路燈，柱列內側的咖啡製程體驗區，如露天店舖為嗅覺、觸覺、視覺服務，中央吧台有咖啡師展示手藝，沿窗的梯狀座位形塑廣場邊隨興而坐的體驗。

二層則覆蓋建物長側採光，引導光線僅由短邊開口湧入，強化明暗對比製造戲劇效果，並以樓梯為邊界，基於客流移動頻率的密度，由外向內依序安排熱區到冷區，活動熱區放置高機動性的輕巧桌椅，對應冷區以壁洞卡座式座位形同劇院包廂，增加久留舒適性。
To reflect the client’s brand values of rationality, craftsmanship, and interactive engagement, the project adopts a free-plan layout anchored by fifteen columns that define a central bar area. Inspired by the idea of a plaza corridor, this arrangement transforms into an internal spatial flow. The design embraces minimalism, emphasizing function and allowing the narrative of people, events, and objects to unfold naturally. The first floor highlights the connection between landscape and interior, while the second floor deliberately reduces daylight intake to create a stable and composed atmosphere. Multiple seating scenarios accommodate a range of user needs and preferences.

The most remarkable points :

1.Free plan concept with 15 equidistant columns that replicate a colonnade and allow for mobility.

2.Open-concept space creates a minimal backdrop focused on the sensory experience of the products.

3.Century-old olive tree brings romantic ambience to the logical, functional space.

The first floor draws inspiration from a plaza, emphasizing fluid movement. Custom wall-lit columns resemble street lamps, while the DIY coffee roasting station evokes an outdoor booth with sensory engagement. Baristas perform at the central bar, and window seats mimic the casual nature of outdoor seating.

On the second floor, stairs define zones of activity. A “hot zone” near the entrance features light, movable furniture, while deeper in, built-in couches form a “cold zone” like box seats in a theater, inviting longer stays.

2025 YODEX 新一代設計展《可欲未來》由 TDRI台灣設計研究院委任CPD interiors 操刀主策展規劃，Atelier.63 執行主視覺設計。

展館一樓與四樓主策展空間，提供三種對於環境永續的設計方法，會場內還有國內外各大院校系所的精彩設計作品與系列講座活動，補充新世代設計量能，展期最後倒數2天，在台北南港展覽館二館！
