A 3-bedroom villa within a small and very quiet complex with garden on private grounds. This is one of the best established complexes in Dalyan with a running residents committee and self management of the pool and gardens. The villa is very spacious, comes fully furnished with extensive marble and well decorated throughout. Located on the edge of Gulpınar this home is in a quiet location but still very close to the town centre and being only a few minutes walk away from local amenities. External:
The property sits on a complex with 7 other villas, the grounds are well matured with some stunning trees and an array of colourful flowers including blooming bougainvilleas that climbs the garden walls and terraces. The villa ground floor terrace is adjacent to the swimming pool and gardens and furnished with comfortable wicker conservatory furniture. The design of the properties on this complex is arranged so the terraces are very private. This property had a new roof installed in 2009. Three sunbeds with cushions and big umbrella are available at all times for sunbathing next to the pool.

The 2nd floor bedroom is built under the roof eaves, with traditional wooden style ceilings and dormer window with spectacular mountain view, this room is decorated in old Ottoman style, with huge köşk-style (lounge)beds with cushions all around and can easily sleep 2 adults or 4 children (although 6 beds are available). In some areas the standing height is restricted. A 40" HD LED tv with UsbMovie is ready for you, so you can watch tv, dvd, game or listen to music. You can also connect you own laptop. There are two electric fans and an electric heater present, to make the area suitable for both winter and summer time.
