Are you concerned about the position of your feet when you sit?
When seated, the feet shouldn't be hanging loose. Your feet should be comfortably in contact with the floor. Or, to put it another way, keep your feet flat on the ground.
Did you know that poor foot placement while sitting can cause strain on your lumbar spine?
If your feet don't touch the floor when you sit, place your feet on a box or something under your desk. Your thighs will then be parallel to the floor and your hips will be slightly above your knees. Or else you can lower your chair to maintain a good leg posture.
You can utilize a footrest in addition to the aforementioned tips to increase productivity and improve leg comfort. It will also lead to reducing pressure on your lower back.
