• LED is hidden deep inside a ceiling slot
• Light washes upward evenly

• Countertop height = Your height ÷ 2 + 5–10cm
• Cooker hood distance ≈ 60cm
• Hob side clearance ≥ 30cm (for safety)

🔹 Kitchen Walkway (Most Common Mistake)
✔ Minimum 120cm
This allows cabinet doors to open fully and leaves enough space for another person to stand or pass comfortably.

⚠️ Too narrow = daily frustration while cooking, turning, or moving around.

• Ideal table–chair height difference ≈ 28–30cm

🚧 Renovating? These 5 Stages You MUST Be On-Site
Missing these moments can cost you time, money, and major repairs later.

You don’t need to be on-site every day —
but these 5 key stages are non-negotiable 👇

① Demolition Stage
✔ Protect drainage pipes
✔ Make sure Walls are Hack Properly

✔ Check if Drainage Pipes are Sealed Correctly

⚠ Wrong demolition = structural & safety risks

② Electrical & Plumbing Works
✔ Use BV electrical wires (not BVR)
✔ Avoid overcrowded conduits
✔ Use PPR water pipes
✔ Ensure switch & socket boxes are protected
⚠ These are hidden works — mistakes last a lifetime

③ Tiling Works
✔ Correct wall-to-floor tile jointing (wall over floor)
✔ Proper waterproof & roughening treatment before tiling
⚠ Poor installation leads to hollow tiles, leaks & cracks
