Housed within a unique cluster of heritage buildings within a gazetted conservation area, Space Asia Hub comprises of two conserved buildings a shophouse, flanking an infill unit and a villa. Through adaptive reuse and calibrated architectural intervention, this redevelopment created a contemporary retail showroom with expanded lifestyle facilities that retain the old-world charm of its heritage stature. Spanning 11,000 sq ft, this 2 1/2 storey conservation shophouse unit has been converted to one with a distinctive architecture style which provides a standalone character for a flagship-type store, yet connected to the adjacent block. This middle block is built into four levels and is the main activity block. It is visually attractive particularly at night as multiple level displays can be seen from street level. The Villa -
This conservation two-level standalone bungalow is a high-end residential showcase, fully furnished with Giorgetti and Poliform furniture collection,
Poliform wardrobe systems and Varenna by Poliform kitchen systems. Group Visits
