A Timeless Classic, Reimagined 🌱♻️

This is a KeyShot render of my reinterpretation of the iconic Eames chair crafted using recycled plastic waste. I chose to merge this timeless design with sustainable materials to make a statement: great design lasts, and so can the materials we often discard.

By integrating recycled plastic into a form known for its enduring elegance, this project reflects the idea that sustainability isn’t just about reuse it’s about creating long-lasting value.

Explored lighting and materials to bring out the contrast between brushed stainless steel, matte plastic, and transparent surfaces. This render is part of my ongoing study in photorealistic product visualization focusing on reflections, transparency, and clean highlights to replicate a real-world studio setup.

The chair is made out of the scrap wood concept.
The Concept was developed in such a way that how we can reuse the scrap wood and wooden waste like wooden chips etc., more efficiently. Currently, I am handling a project for creating furniture and products with scrap wooden pieces. The idea of using scrap wood help from the carbon release of the wood when it is burned or decomposed. Hence can control the carbon emission that will lead us to reduce global warming. The idea of carbon sequestration can also apply to this concept.
Materials used for the product are Wooden pieces, wooden chips, and resin.

The Resin Art Teapoy was made with a combination of teak wood and resin taking inspiration from the works of Jess Crow. All the fishes in the table are hand drawn using acrylic paint layer by layer.

The concept of a live edge was used so that the top of the teapoy is in a live edge shape connecting all the edges of the wooden pieces in an organic flow.

The leg part was given a tapered cylindrical shape and also with a slight variation in the angle from the top to the bottom which gives a good combination altogether.
