Our CEO, Elena Birtoc , recently joined the EduAct Romania – Compas Vocational initiative, spending time with students both in the classroom and inside our factory.

What stayed with us most was a simple truth: young people do not need more labels or criticism. They need guidance, understanding and environments where they feel heard, valued and inspired to grow.

We are grateful for the opportunity to open our doors, share our experience and learn from a generation that has so much potential ahead of it.

Last day at Salone del Mobile 2026.

An incredible week comes to an end. It feels great to be back in Milan, surrounded by so much energy, creativity and ambition.

We’ve had meaningful conversations, met amazing people from all over the world and once again felt the strength of this global design community.

Narcisa Grumaz, our Director of Sales, has been at the heart of it all. A true professional whose dedication, clarity and ability to build strong relationships continue to shape our development and growth year after year.
