Today marks the close of the Meeting of the PRECIOUS HORIZON project in Delft — a Horizon Europe initiative working to prevent food loss and waste across the supply chain through innovative tools, impact assessments, and multi-actor collaboration.

As part of PRECIOUS, Unimos serves as the Polish Co-Creation and Replication Node ( ) — a local hub connecting the project with regional stakeholders to identify needs, test solutions, and explore how food loss and waste prevention approaches can be adapted to local contexts.

This morning, our colleague Julia Zabrzeska had the opportunity to share an update on our CRN progress with the wider consortium, alongside colleagues from Hungary and Lithuania — a great moment to reflect on what has been achieved so far and align on the road ahead.

A big thank you to the organisers for hosting such a well-structured event, and to all project partners for the open exchange and constructive discussions. Two energising days with people genuinely committed to making a difference.

Inspiring meeting in the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Brussels, great energy, and conversations that truly add value 🇵🇱🇪🇺

Anna Bialik (Vice President of the UNIMOS Foundation) and Katarzyna Kowalska (President of the UNIMOS Foundation) took part in a meeting with Marek Brzeziński who served as the United States Ambassador to Poland from 2022 to 2025 — and it was one of those events where theory meets practice.

We talked about partnership without empty slogans, about PL–USA relations in the real world, and about how to build trust that actually works. All framed around his book “Partnership” 📖

Open, concrete, without unnecessary pomp—exactly how good conversations should look. Meetings like this stay with you not only in your notes, but above all in your mind. ✨

Podczas wydarzenia Biogospodarka 2030+ – od mapy drogowej do wdrożeń, Anna Bialik, Wiceprezes Fundacji Unimos, wzięła udział w panelu dyskusyjnym „Bariery i dobre praktyki związane z tworzeniem i wdrażaniem biorozwiązań”.

W naszej filozofii nie chodzi o zamknięcie działań wraz z końcem jednego projektu, lecz o świadome przeprowadzanie partnerstw i rezultatów dalej — do kolejnych inicjatyw, kolejnych konsorcjów i kolejnych etapów rozwoju.

Szczególnie cieszy nas udział Anna Bialik, Wiceprezes Fundacji UNIMOS, która weźmie udział w panelu dyskusyjnym dotyczącym barier i dobrych praktyk w tworzeniu i wdrażaniu biorozwiązań.

Wierzymy, że właśnie takie rozmowy — osadzone w praktyce — pozwalają budować trwałe partnerstwa i realny wpływ.

Do zobaczenia w Puławach!

🌍 Building Global Synergies at

At MWC, Unimos set a clear intention: expand collaboration beyond the European Union and open new pathways for cross‑border innovation.

We were honoured to be invited to the KT Partners Pavilion, where we attended dynamic pitching sessions from Korean companies supported by KT, full of energy, ambition, and global vision.

Beyond the pavilion, we met teams across multiple international stands to explore how Unimos can help non‑EU tech companies enter and scale in the European market, from strategy and soft‑landing to ecosystem access and partnerships.

Why it matters:
➡️Cross‑border collaboration accelerates tech adoption and market growth
➡️Diverse partnerships lead to stronger, more resilient innovation ecosystems
➡️Great solutions deserve global pathways—not borders

New bridges, bold ideas — more news on that soon!

Over the past two days, Unimos participated in the Rosetta Project EU Meeting in , bringing together project partners for two intensive and highly productive days of collaboration and exchange. Unimos was represented by Katarzyna Kowalska and Julia Zabrzeska.

The first day focused on internal project work, including progress across work packages, alignment on next steps, and in-depth discussions on the deployment and validation of pilots across ROSETTA use cases.

The second day was dedicated to the ROSETTA International Event, which gathered a diverse group of international experts, practitioners, and stakeholders working on food waste reduction and alternative market access for suboptimal but safe food. The event featured a strong line-up of speakers and provided an excellent platform for sharing lessons learned, practical insights, and perspectives from across Europe.

During the event, Julia Zabrzeska presented the Polish pilot, focusing on the utilisation of feed-grade as an innovative, protein-rich food source for human consumption. The presentation highlighted integrated technological, social, and behavioural insights, key results from the pilot activities, and lessons learned related to stakeholder engagement, product performance, and consumer acceptance.

We would like to sincerely thank PEDAL Consulting for the excellent organisation of both the project meeting and the international networking event, as well as all ROSETTA partners and speakers for the valuable discussions, constructive feedback, and inspiring exchanges.
