12. On Fraud/Fake Call or Message which type of Question can be asked from aliens? When you receive any calls (voice or video) or message from unknown number, email, or fake social media account on the behalf of Micro Air. All the details already have been provided above. Micro Air encourages its customer to notify us about fake calls or messages from unknown numbers. Fraud alien can ask the following questions: Alien can use any of one platforms of Micro Air.
1. I am calling from Micro Air/SaleOye/CheapVisaTravel/TourismHour. Script is: “dear sir we did not receive your payment from you please share your bank account details again from which you send or transfer money or send us any previous receipt”
2. “I am calling from finance department or accounts department of Micro Air. Kindly send us your previous payment deposited receipt/slip. We are updated our accounts”

3. Did you deposit payment in bank or transfer with ATM machine?
4. If you transferred from ATM machine we did not receive your payment kindly tell me your debit or credit card number, expiry or CVC number with other information. (“Please be alert here to provide these information an alien can stole you card all information with this question”)

14. Micro Air can make a phone call or email or any message through social media account. Calls/message from Unknown numbers or email is the sole responsibility of customer.
15. Financial or Accounts department of Micro Air. Micro Air has no department of financial or account processing department. Micro Air has its own fully automated software and attached with its valuable Banks.
16. Notification to customer of delivery of goods or service & receiving of payment. We notify the customer when we receive the payment. We also notify customer when we dispatch good or provide any other consultancy service online. We also provide invoice to customers.
17. Any goods return policy? NO return policy if except damaged cloth. if received cloth quality is different which described on sale, like descried 100% original but received 90/70 etc, (excluding colors). cloth will be returned.
