1. All our products are crafted with utmost care and diligence however shoprink is dependent on third party courier for shipment and delivery.
2. Unboxing video is mandatory for any kind of damage claim
3. In case any wooden cutout comes off it can simply attach it with the help of white glue available at hardware stores.


4. Clock machine warranty is not provided however in case of malfunction you can get it replaced from any local shop.
5. Colors may vary slightly from the pictures because of difference in lightening conditions.
