Job Description:
Al Madina Traders is looking for a smart and dedicated Computer Operator & Digital Marketing Assistant to handle computer operations, data entry, and online marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Computer Operation Duties:
Perform accurate data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and business letters.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Operate and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and scanners.
Assist in preparing business reports and maintaining databases.
Digital Marketing Duties:
Manage and update company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Assist in creating and posting marketing content such as images, videos, and captions.
Support online advertising campaigns and lead generation activities.
Requirements:
Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Marketing, or Commerce).
1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh candidates with strong computer skills may also apply).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email Handling.
Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Canva, and social media posting.
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Strong communication, creativity, and time management skills.
