Happy Fish Kids is one of the programs of the Project GypSEAs. It aims to broaden the horizon of the Badjao children by teaching them cultural preservation, arts and music through engaging activities. Thus, we are looking for fun individuals willing to teach these kids and tutor them to lower down the drop out rates. An internship certificate will be provided upon completion of a cycle. If you think you have what it takes, sign up and together, let's promote sustainability and create a more inclusive Davao.
Requirements:
Must be 18-30 years old.
Willing to volunteer every weekend for a month.
Willing to learn.
Have something to share to the community.
Adaptable.
After the online application phase, phone interviews will be conducted. Orientation and Capacity Building for the final list of volunteers will be conducted on August 5, 2017 at American Corner, Ateneo de Davao University.

Ecobrick is a plastic bottle stuffed solid with non-biological waste to create a reusable building block. Ecobricks are used to make modular furniture, garden spaces, and full scale buildings such as schools and houses. Ecobricks are a collaboration powered technology that provides a zero - cost solid waste solution for individuals, households, schools and communities (Hopkins, 2014).

AND OH I FORGOT TO TELL YOU FRIENDS NA IF GUSTO NYO PA MAG LEARN AND KNOW FURTHER ABOUT ECOBRICKS, YOU CAN VISIT www.ecobricks.org :)

When we save, segregate and pack plastics into bottles, we can make building blocks that can be reused over and over again to make our visions reality. Together we can build green spaces that enrich our community and environment. Together we can live in harmony with the cycles of life around us.
