1. Voting will be done electronically using a google form ballot.
2. The link to the electronic ballot opens at 8:00 AM of 01 September 2021.
3. Voting and the access to the link closes at 8:00 PM of 05 September 2021.

5. You can elect a maximum of three (3) candidates for each school.
6. You only vote ONCE.
7. You must vote using the email address you have provided in the Alumni Tracer Form.
8. For the alumni voter’s code, you may use your year of graduation followed by your date of birth.
To cite an example, if you graduated in 2016 and your date of birth is August 21,1983, your
alumni voter’s code is 2016082183.
9. After casting your vote, you will receive a copy of your electronic ballot through your registered
email address.
