Water is life. It enables our body to flourish. When starting low-carb, water is essential.
Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to flush away toxins.

Tip:
Make your home-made electrolyte.
1 liter water
1/4 spoon Pink Himalayan Salt
1/4 spoon baking soda
1/4 spoon cream of tartar
a pinch to zero epsom salt (food grade)
