Hi!
I never post on here and I know I should. But I am not painting at the moment as well as dealing with the uncertainty of the situation in the middle east. I live in Bahrain and we have Missile Alerts every day at the moment. We hear the explosions regularly and wonder what the future holds. It is a very strange feeling getting on with our lives yet very uncertain about the future. Everyone on the island is hopeful and trying to ignore what is happening. We see the news but we try to keep positive. I just wanted to see if my instagram is completely dead or if anyone sees this. Give me a wave if you do. I spend most of my time on the groups and try to stay positive. Life is so unpredictable. Staying positive is the key 🙏🙏

Hi guys!
This is a bit of a weird post for me. As you may or may not know my family and I currently live in Bahrain. I am somewhat of a private person so I don"t usually post my life on here. Hence the lack of posts. We have been evacuated due to the situation in the middle east. Currently back home in the UK. It has been hard to leave my partner of 25 years back in Bahrain and feel safe yet not a complete family. I guess this is the life of an expat and the expectations of a UK civil servant. Life feels very stressful right now...
I just wanted to update you🙏
