One of the harder parts of buying a sofa is that you’re making the call in a showroom, and your home is a completely different environment.

A recent customer chose her sofa and was ready to go ahead, but she wasn’t sure it’d fit.

Before we locked it in, we said we’d better come out and have a look at the space properly, just to be sure.

When we saw the stairway, it was obvious straight away… it wasn’t going to fit.
So the plan changed.

Not ideal in the moment, but a much better outcome than choosing the wrong one.
