Its been a long awaited "kollaberation" for us here at Kollab Builders. We love using new and innovative products within the building industry hence our name, "Kolabb".

These screw piles from Stopdigging Northland Ltd are paving the way with how foundations are installed onsite. The ease of use and cost effective install compared to ordinary concrete & timber piles has us looking forward to using their services on future projects.

Who says builders can't tile!? Heres an ensuite bathroom that was in desperate need of some love.

We gutted this bathroom, removed an awkward square window and replaced it with an elongated floor level window. We moved the vanity to the back wall creating more space, and did i mention all the fixtures, fittings and colour schemes were chosen by us? We dont just swing hammers. 🙌

Here's a fun job we did for one of our repeat clients. Sarah came to us with some ideas on what she wanted for an unusable yard. There were no concept plans for this job which presented a challenge and put our skills to the test.

We brought the job to life by working with Sarah on what was possible and what wasn't.
In the end we turned this sloping area into a lovely level section with a series of retaining walls. We connected her top story deck to the yard with decked areas and elongated exterior steps.

A new feature peice to her yard is an above ground swimming pool with under deck storage. The pool is clad in a rustic oak Abodo cladding.
