It also means for us :
E for Everybody
H for Helping
O for One
A for Another. This is the gracious act and practise of gifting on, your unwanteds, of upcycling items, recycling items and giving someone the ability to lessen the burden they are carrying. Heart to Hands: means with love in our hearts, we give freely. It is also the practise of giving away your unwanted items, knowing that you will
be helping someone else.. Another life for something you no longer want..and that's what the kaupapa /ethos of this page is:
We collect donated goods in good working order, of household items, clothes for all the whanau/family-kitchen items, sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, furniture, going whiteware, glasses, mugs pot sets, cutlery... you name it, we can probably take it..
*the only requirements are that these items are in clean useable working condition, not something that needs to go to the dump. It costs to drop at the dump, and I don't want to pay for it out of my own pocket thanks- that would be taking the food out of my own childs mouth, considering I do this without receiving payment/a wage clearly being not for profit. This page is about giving openly to help those that need a helping hand. Most of us can identify that life sometimes is a struggle- so we bring some sunshine to other people's faces. There is nothing more awesome than seeing a person transform from being extremely stressed and worried and in deep need, to a smile on face, veil of darkness lifted, and worries lessened, all by receiving something they were in need of.. its a beautiful thing ! No money changes hands here at Ehoa,From Heart to hands- so that means items are gifted, not sold in any form.. this is about giving- We can though, with gratitude, accept petrol vouchers as a donation gift to help with costs of pickups or us delivering goods across the Hawkes Bay. Or donations for fuel costs can be made via bank account:38-9001-0867678-01
