Our facility is now set up to receive containers.

In our first week we’ve unloaded:
📦 6 containers from 4 countries
🪑 1,115 pieces of furniture
📐 210m³ of product

This added capability means faster turnaround, greater flexibility for clients, and more control over the projects we deliver. Another step in *Building Better Workspaces.*

We’re fast approaching our 15th birthday, therefore our Wellington Operations Manager, Ivan decided it was time our digital home got a refresh. He took on the challenge of updating our website this year, and we’re stoked to finally share it with you:

CFI Services Ltd was honoured when requested to help in returning this Taonga back to it's Whenua, carved in 1984 it has spent most it's time with Forestry NZ and then Te Puni Kokiri, it now resides in the Hihiaua Cultural Centre in Whangerei.

Our team were extremely humbled and greatful to be part of returning this amazing art piece.

Meet Mark, he's not just another "Installer"

Earlier in the year we announced the opening of our new branch in the Bay of Plenty. Which was sparked by Mark’s move to the region with his family. Mark Billot has worked with us in Auckland & Wellington over the last 10 years and once he settled in the self proclaimed “perfect playground” by the ocean we had to get set up.

Originally jumping on the tools on an ad-hoc basis, Mark quickly found himself enjoying the finished products we deliver & the incredible clientele we work with.

A background in signage installation & construction project management gives Mark the skillset to deliver all projects, big, small or bespoke.

Mark’s pretty good when it comes to cutting up boards, but he’s more comfortable on a Surfboard with 25 years experience on the waves, 5 years leading a surf camp in Bali and some time instructing on the snowy hills of Austria he has some interesting stories if you ever have a minute to grab a coffee with him!

Better yet, if you’re in the Bay of Plenty and want to learn to surf, get in touch.

Meet Harry, he's not just another "Installer"

Harry reigns from Devon in the U.K & made the bold decision to relocate to NZ in 2018 in search of surf beaches & good weather for cycling so Wellington was the natural choice… Perhaps we should have told him it’s a bit cold, windy & hilly here.

Harry is an integral part of our Wellington team, joining us in 2019. His background as a qualified joiner in the U.K. helped him quickly get up to speed with all things installation and he was soon promoted to a supervisor role. If you’ve had the pleasure of Harry running one of your projects, you’ll be familiar with his friendly & effective communication style.

When Harry isn’t on the tools you can find him cycling the streets of Wellington, surfing at Lyall Bay or perched up with a camera. He’s also known to make a good beat on the drums, previously touring the U.K in a successful band.

Unfortunately today, after 4 years with the CFI team Harry is parting ways, looking to prove that he isn’t just an “Installer” but a Project Coordinator for one of the industry's big players! We’re sad to see you leave, but excited to see how far you’ll go.

Meet Simon, he's not just another "Installer"

Simon is a Mountain biking, Jet Ski riding, Family man with a mission to improve our client's delivery & installation services.

A little over 14 years ago Simon noticed a gap in the commercial installation market and helped create CFI Services Ltd.

Driven by the satisfaction of project completion for some of New Zealand's award winning interiors and industry leading products,

Simon has grown CFI from a team of two in a van to the multi-location, large fleet, team of 20 plus it is today!



He had to cut his teeth somewhere though, originally making coffee in Wellington and a Porter at the Chateau.

Before working for one of the industries biggest player's in Sydney for 5 years, eventually returning home to start a family and CFI.

Next time you see him on site, ask him to sing a tune! He's trained as an Opera Singer and has some pipes on him, they come in handy when directing a team on-site!
