Nourish! On day 3 of the 5 day SAINT Kickstarter we talked about Nourish and the task was to share a balanced meal (protein, fiber, fats) so I thought I would share mine:

Mango overnight oats
*Protein = protein powder and yogurt
*Fiber = oats, mango
*Fat = chia Seeds and linseeds

Tuna Salad
*Protein = tuna
*Fiber = salad
*Fat = olive oil, feta cheese

Bolognese
*Protein = beef mince
*Fiber = veg, pasta, salad
*Fat = cooking oil and Parmesan cheese 😋

I dont want to show off or anything, but I kind of feel like I am nailing it sometimes 🤷‍♀️ It wasn't always this way though...but now I live my life by the pillars of The SAINT Method, its feeling pretty good!
