A move in the right direction or too little too late? Considering Communications Authority of Kenya made the same announcement exactly 6 years ago!

Our digital platform would allow the Kenyan Govt. or any other Govt. in Africa to skip the entire planning & development cycle at only a fraction of the cost, not to mention the thousands of jobs that will be created both directly and indirectly by the mobile ecosystem. Africa needs to leverage on technology and innovation to solve her problems. The infrastructure is already in place and is staring us in the face (smartphones: every 10 min or so). We're certain that the digital address revolution is already here.
