Sunik Group Nigeria, a leading real estate and agricultural firm based in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, is seeking qualified and dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. Secretary
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to management
Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain records
Handle office operations, filing systems, and document management
Ensure effective communication within and outside the organization
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
2. Property Manager
Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of the company’s real estate properties
Handle tenant relations, rent collection, and property maintenance
Conduct market research and recommend property investment opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
Develop and implement property management strategies
Requirements:
Minimum of HND/BSc in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in property management
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties
