So you slid into my DM to enquire about mattress, I send you price list then you for very big mattress and send me these pictures, two different people sent the same picture when I saw the one with price on it I laughed, where on earth will you get 6/6 by 20 at 75k? Tomorrow you will say online vendor defrauded you. No one can easily defraud you unless you are Abit greedy.

My advice to the customer was keep your money so they don't scam you. One thing is sure and our customers can testify, we sell quality mattresses and our goal is to offer best quality services to our esteemed customers. We service with integrity here so no fear when dealing with us because we give you real value for your money and best prices with quality to show for it.

For our customers outside Lagos this is how we package your orders. Our Payment on delivery is for Lagos but for other states the logistics company we use do not offer such services and won't even move your order without paying for waybill.

At the moment we are trying to use GIG they do payment on delivery and can also help ensure we receive payment before the release the goods unlike ABC logistics who do not buy would release the goods to customers without even informing us because they assume payment has been made in full before moving orders as their policy stipulates.

If we must use GIG you'd have to pay for waybill then pay for the mattress once you receive your orders but please also note the risks we take as it's not easy moving mattresses around because of the size and weight if we do not disappoint you please don't disappoint us also. It take a lot of trust to do payment on delivery in mattress business as some customers have done in the past because they haven't made any payments they ghost us after spending money and time to deliver the goods it's sincerely not a good experience.

Thanks for your understanding. As our goal is always to serve you better. I'm glad our customers can testify of our integrity. We have never and would never scam you if you pay to us we would surely deliver so quite the fears, let's do business.
