Maybe you've seen guys dressed like this in Windhoek? They are Journeyman carpenters, following a traditional travelling apprenticeship. If you seem them in town, give them a smile, get them to repair something, buy them a beer - they usually have amazing stories to tell. 🍺

THE next time you see someone dressed in black corduroy flares and double-breasted waistcoat, collarless white shirt and black hat, dismiss any thoughts of fancy dress parties.

Been planning these benches for a long time, glad to have them made :) There are two of them, large, size L 235 x 35 x 52cm. They stand freely quite comfortably, but if you're likely to have kids climbing on them we'd suggest bolting them down - can assist with that. Price: N$ 7000 each or N$ 12000 for the pair. Includes delivery in WHK.

This special piece is now for sale. Originally used in a museum, lovingly restored while allowing it to retain its character. Original drawer pulls, this is a completely usable and practical large unit. Size L234 x H91 x W62cm. N$ 16,500.00. Incl delivery in WHK.
