Hello everyone!
# GAYA Open Day is coming soon, next week!

As most of us here know, GAYA Open Day is our club initiation day, tailored to welcome our new members!

In this introduction event, new members and old members alike get to gather together and interact with one another, and the GAYA committee will be available on site for any inquiriesand to learn more about GAYA and what we will be presenting for everyone in the near future.

There will be various activities ready for everyone to engage in, and of course, to mention, vacant slots available for any GAYA members looking forward to be part of the committee as well.

We hope members will be here with us this coming Open Day! Till then, see ya! 👋❤️

Do you want to prove that your waifu/husbando is better than others outside of online conversations? Fear not, Waifu Debate 2025 is on a roll! Come join and spout facts 😤😤 and destroy (real) competition!

Location📍: UOWM University, Level 3, Moot Court

**Rules**
1) NO NSFW
2) DON'T TAKE IT SERIOUSLY!! *- It's a joke event!*

**How It Works**
Present your case! - Use any visual information (powerpoints, figurines, manifesto's, cosplay, etc.) and tell us how amazing your waifu/husbando is!

**Judge, Jury and more JUDGING **
The 'Jury' will vote and judge your waifu/husbando choices and ask you questions!

**FINAL VOTE!**
The Jury, and even the audience may put a vote on their favorite presentation, the waifu/husbando that wins will get their favourite character added to the GAYA logo (and bragging rights!)

Event venue and date are listed accordingly in our Waifu Debate poster, if you are interested in joining this event, we also have a QR code set up and ready to be scanned in our poster!

Hello everyone!

AGM (Annual General Meeting) is on the 24th of November!
It will be 2pm to 5pm at CRM-03-17. Everyone is invited to join us to discuss about club matters like:
• Introduction of the committee board
• The current state of GAYA
• GAYA’s performance in 2023
• GAYA’s vision and mission in 2024

AGM is an annual event compulsory for all clubs to introduce the new committee leading in 2024 as well as assess their performance in 2023. It is compulsory for all members to join AGM 2023 as GAYA would like to hear inputs and opinions from the GAYA community.

Thank you for supporting GAYA and forming an amazing community this year in 2023!

GAYA members! This coming Friday (7th of July 2023) we will be having an Ice Breaking session for all members, new or old ones, all are welcome! We organize this special meetup specifically to officiate our welcome for new members into our GAYA community.

New members will get to know the things that GAYA had contibuted in the past, as well as getting to know possible future plans. We will have several activities set up for everyone to participate in, discussions to be shared, and more!
