Each frame will through handsanding process to allow get perfect shape. Someone asking us how many layer to be this frame? The answer is 4 and for arm we use 3 layer and sometimes 5 layer for certain material. Happy Weekend and stay safe.😎

We are stop production for several time because of renovation plus a years on pendamic.Now our tools started operation again.
To get 1.5mm thickness we need to sand it down using drumsander.Here how we do it.Enjoy.
