In this 30 minute class, select your timber, using jigs and a Japanese hand place, shape the rough blanks into a taper, then sand and refine using sandpaper. Engrave your name and the date and off you go.

Ski and board wall mount. These are made to fit a variety of sizes, but can be made to a specific width easy enough. To make it adjustable would be too expensive I think.

Board just sits into a dovetailed groove using something called gravity.

It’s designed to look as minimal as possible so theres not much to shout about, if you want to display a nice board or set of skis on the wall without something too clunky this could be “the move”.

I think the new owners will be happy at Christmas

There’s a fair bit of weight in this and the boys have earned themselves a rest.
