A visit to ALESSI JAPAN in Tokyo back in August.
I spent some precious time talking with the team and learned so much from hearing different perspectives on how people use my products. Food is deeply connected to culture and lifestyle, and I realized that products can naturally evolve and take on new meanings when they encounter different cultures.
