How to be a member?
To be a member of the Capital Scootering Club, you just need to attend our rallies and all the other events (solo and collaboration). We take no charges of membership. All the registered scooterists will get event notifications on their mobile via WhatsApp and Facebook invites.

Why scooters: A short history of scootering and their legacy. There’s still no feeling like riding a classic geared scooter. They always have been the preferred mode of personal transportation in India until the dawn of motorcycles in the late 90s. A scooter is not just an engine on two wheels, it is the common man’s workhorse, economic mode of personal transition, and a little better way to travel the world! Scooters are easy, on pocket as well as handling. Remember the time when they carried the whole country and proved to be a fair sized family vehicle. At least once we all must have been that little child admiring and cherishing our fathers washing and maintaining scooter as a Sunday routine. Here at CAPITAL SCOOTERING CLUB, we are trying to bring back the old warmth and sentiments of scootering. We are beginning with just one aim, full-fledged active scootering, promoting and spreading the word that how good and trusted can simply designed scooters actually be. We will actively conduct ride-outs and trips to meet new like-minded scooter-enthusiasts and friends. JOIN US for memories and experiences worth garnering on our sweet little machines.

Rules for Rideouts:
1. Wear all of your safety gear. Helmet is mandatory for every rider and pillion as well.
2. Ensure that all the titles of your scooter are clear and available. Bring them along to the rideout.
3. Maintain two lane formation from the meeting point till the end point.
4. Consumption of drugs, alcohol at meetups is not allowed.
5. Do not speed, stunt, drag or lag in the rally.
6. Maintain decorum & gentlemanly behavior throughout the event else you would be barred from any activity of the club.
7. New members who are interested to ride, can drop their name, mobile number, location and scooter make as personal message to the page.
8. Decision of the core members will be last and standing regarding venue and functioning of the club.
9. Ensure that your vehicle is in perfect running condition with all functions working properly.
10. This is a non-commercial, non-profit club. Please keep all the commercial activities limited to inter-personal communications.
11. Minors are not allowed as riders, however they may join as a pillion.
