This is to inform you that the new number for *SMS- IVRS refill booking number 7718955555 has been configured for Pan-India for Indane customers.*

This number is facilitated by M/s Airtel in which following LPG services are available now for Indane customers over IVRS call.

1. Registration :- In case customer’s mobile number is not available in SDMS then, he/ she can type 16 digit number in IVRS call followed by authentication of SV number / Aadhaar and proceed with the booking.

2. Refill Booking:- If mobile number is already registered then option of booking will be available otherwise customer will be prompted to register his/ her mobile number.

3. Order Status check​ :- To check the status of already booked refill.

*w.e.f 01.11.2020, this number will continue across the country, you can start using the facility from today as well.*
