The Game Chamber is designed as a nostalgic retreat layered with warmth, tactility, and quiet sophistication.

Conceived as an intimate social enclave within JHIC, the space blends retro-inspired detailing with contemporary spatial planning to create an immersive experience.

Textured lime-plastered walls, rich Kota brown flooring with Indian green marble inlays, and sculpted ceiling elements establish a timeless atmosphere rooted in material honesty.

Soft ambient lighting and carefully framed perspectives enhance the sense of depth and intimacy, while every detail is curated to evoke camaraderie, leisure, and refined luxury.

A space where architecture becomes experience, designed for conversations, connection, and timeless evenings.

At Jubilee Hills International Centre, the design narrative unfolds through a deliberate shift in spatial character.

The VIP Dining Hall is envisioned as an immersive hospitality experience - where woven bamboo installations blur the line between structure and sculpture, creating a tactile, intimate environment grounded in material warmth. Random-laid Tandur stone flooring introduces an organic rhythm underfoot, while the folklore mural adds a cultural layer of memory, movement, and celebration.

As the journey progresses, the spatial language transforms.

The Banquet Hall adopts a more ceremonial expression, where rhythmic sculptural columns establish order and procession, while layered ceiling interventions and integrated lighting expand the perception of volume.

More than a venue, this is a sequence of spaces designed around gathering, experience, and memory.

From fragments of tradition to a statement of space — the mural at JHIC became more than an artwork; it became the soul of the architecture itself.

Inspired by the richness of ancient Indian art forms, every line began as an exploration of culture, rhythm, and storytelling. What started as hand-drawn concept sketches slowly evolved through layers of detailing, material studies, and conversations between design and craftsmanship.

On site, the vision came alive through the hands of skilled artisans — each stroke carrying depth, patience, and authenticity. The mural was never treated as surface décor; it was designed to belong to the space architecturally, creating movement, texture, and an emotional connection rooted in Indian heritage.

The final outcome is both contemporary and deeply familiar — a space that feels unique in its identity while remaining connected to its roots. A balance of art, architecture, and craftsmanship coming together as one experience.

Spaces are experienced not only in plan, but in
section - through volume, light, rhythm, and the way people move within them.
At Jubilee Hills International Center, each sectional elevation was conceived to reveal the layered spatial experience of the project - from intimate dining environments to expansive social gathering spaces.

The Patio unfolds as a breathable indoor-outdoor dining spine, where slender columns, floating roof planes, and textured material palettes create a seamless dialogue with the landscape.

The VIP Dining Hall introduces a more immersive atmosphere, anchored by sculptural ceiling forms, crafted columns, and warm tactile finishes that bring depth and intimacy to the space.

Across the project, sectional studies guided the balance between openness and enclosure - shaping visual continuity, natural ventilation, and human interaction through every level of the intervention.

Existing structural elements were reinterpreted through layered detailing, allowing the architecture to retain memory while evolving into a contemporary hospitality destination.

A study in volume, proportion, and atmosphere - where every section tells a spatial story.

A legacy structure, redefined for contemporary life.

Jubilee Hills International Center is envisioned as an evolution of a 50-year-old institution - reframing its identity through a contemporary architectural lens. Rather than replacing the past, the design works with it retaining the structural skeleton and rearticulating it into a cohesive, future-ready environment.

The intervention introduces a refined spatial
narrative - where double-height volumes, transitional lounges, and interconnected program zones create a seamless flow across experiences.

From arrival to gathering, each space is choreographed to enhance movement, interaction, and visual continuity.

Materiality plays a central role - lime-plastered surfaces, red granite flooring, woven textures, and crafted columns bring depth, tactility, and warmth, while sculptural elements and integrated art lend the project a strong identity.

Designed as a multi-layered social and hospitality hub, the project accommodates diverse functions - from banquet halls and dining spaces to pavilions and leisure zones - each unified through a consistent architectural language.

A transformation rooted in context, craft, and continuity.

A home that transforms with time.

House of Seasons is envisioned as a living
canvas—where architecture responds to light, climate, and the rhythm of everyday life.

Fluid spatial planning allows each zone to adapt across seasons—welcoming winter light, framing monsoon skies, and softening summer glare through layered materiality and passive design strategies.

The interplay of solids and voids creates a dynamic built form, while natural textures ground the experience in warmth and permanence.

Every transition is intentional. Every opening, a frame to the changing environment.

This is architecture that evolves—quietly, beautifully, with time.

• THE HOUSE OF SEASONS •
A residence rooted in climate, culture, and the quiet rhythm of everyday life.

This residence is envisioned as a layered experience where light, air, and movement define how spaces are lived. Each threshold is intentional, each transition climatic-resulting in a home that is both responsive and experiential.

Ground Floor: Arrival & Earth Layer
The entry unfolds into a spatial sequence anchored by a central courtyard an open lung that draws daylight deep into the interiors.
Aligned openings enable cross ventilation, while sectional height modulation across the volumes will induce a stack effect allowing warm air to rise and dissipate, passively regulating indoor comfort.

Waterbody and pooja spaces are positioned as elements of sensory and purifying.
A sunken seating near the pool creates an intimate social pocket blurring leisure with landscape.
Setbacks are not residual they are reinterpreted as inhabitable green buffers, extending the spatial experience beyond enclosure.

First Floor: Living & Continuity Layer
The upper level is articulated as a continuous peripheral loop; circulation flows seamlessly along the edges allowing uninterrupted movement while always staying visually connected to the courtyard below.
This orientation strengthens spatial relationships, where every room participates in light, air, and interaction.

The courtyard acts as a climatic anchor regulating daylight, enhancing ventilation, and visually stitching the spatial hierarchy.

Materiality follows a language of tropical minimalism in wood, muted metal, concrete and stone; each chosen for its tactile warmth and timelessness.
Across the home; circulation, climate, and craft are seamlessly interwoven; creating a residence that is not static. It adapts, breathes and evolves with time.
