The ITEF, Patna has taken an initiative for providing housing facility to those members who do not own any house in his/her name at Patna/Danapur and not able to spend a large sum over the purchase of costly flats. A group of our members have taken interest in this matter and contacted/met more than ten builders/developers and after going through their proposals and physically verifying the location, three builders/developers have been shortlisted whose proposals have been found as per our criteria.
The cost of three-bedroom (approx, 1300 Sq. ft. built up area) varies between 14 to 21 lacs. If any of our members who do not own any house/flat in his/her name at Patna and desirous of purchasing the flats, they are requested to furnish willingness as per details given below:
