Think about it.
Much of our stress is born from a quiet misunderstanding: the belief that we own what life temporarily places in our hands. People, roles, achievements, possessions, even our own bodies, are often held with invisible tension, as if clinging could make them permanent. Yet the moment we believe something belongs to us, fear is born. Fear of loss. Fear of change. Fear of not having enough time.
Detachment is not indifference, nor is it withdrawal from life. It is a deep, loving understanding that nothing and no one truly belongs to us. We are not here to possess life; we are here to experience it.
