This beautiful ceramic mug, made by in 2009 was chipped around the rim. My very talented daughter- in -law Nana repaired the chips using Japanese traditional technique of kintsugi. Most often using gold leaf but in this case, matching the shade of blue in the original decoration! Amazing!
