Today's been absolute carnage in the workshop! 🤯

Classic Fest prep is well and truly underway and the pressure is on. Bikes everywhere, parts everywhere, and somehow every bit of grease that was on the SP1 has magically transferred itself onto me. 😜

Even Wally from Wally's Custom's has been spotted down on his knees helping to get these machines show-ready. We're not saying miracles happen... but it's close enough! 😂

The SP1 is coming together nicely and we're flat out trying to squeeze 36 hours' work into a 24-hour day.

On top of all that, we've got something completely new coming soon...

Both bikes are currently getting the full treatment and we'll have more details soon. Trust us, you're going to want to keep an eye on these.

Yamaha R1 – Part 3: The Final Chapter 🔥🏍️

From tired and TFR damaged… to showroom savage.

This R1 has been through major surgery over the past few weeks and now it’s time for the finishing touches.

Every panel corrected. Every surface refined. Every detail obsessed over.

We locked in the finish with Feynlab Ceramic V3, treated the wheels & calipers, then IR baked the coating to perfection for maximum durability and gloss. The transformation on this bike has honestly been unreal.

The depth in the paint.
The shine off the wheels.
The crisp white fairings against the red frame.
Pure Yamaha aggression brought back to life.

This one became a labour of love in the workshop and truth be told… if we could’ve kept her, we probably would have 😅

But she’s heading back to her rightful owner fully protected, easier to maintain and ready for the road once again.

And Joe… maintenance washes now take minutes mate, so there’s absolutely no excuse for those lazy car wash trips anymore 😜

Huge thanks to everyone who followed this R1 revival series from start to finish 🙌

Fair play Jason Dunne Fiberman for raising that amount for a worthy cause. The GSXR still looks as clean as you got it. Just shows that the FEYNLAB Ireland products offer maximum protection. When the bike comes back we will put together a video to show ease of maintenance once your bike has been protected to this level.

Yamaha R1 – Post TFR Recovery 🔥🏍️

Right… where do we start with this one?

This R1 came in after a rough encounter with TFR and let’s just say… the bike wasn’t exactly thanking anyone for it 😅

But we’re back. Actually… she’s back.

✅ TFR damage corrected
✅ Full paint correction carried out
✅ Exhausts machine polished back to life
✅ Panels reassembled
✅ Plastic welded crack repair on the nose cone
✅ Resprayed panel to finish it properly

Now she sits for 30 days to fully cure before we move onto Part 3 — applying Feynlab Ceramic V3 along with Wheel & Caliper coating for that deep gloss and easier maintenance.

The transformation on this one is savage. From tired and damaged to looking ready to terrorise roads again 😮‍💨

Honoured to have one our bikes marshalling the St. Luke's run this weekend. In safe hands with Jason Dunne Fiberman and it's an added bonus that he repairs fiberglass 🤣🤣. Stay safe Jason and all. Keep her lit 🔥

St Luke’s Run prep was in full swing… only problem was Jason Dunne Fiberman bike decided it wasn’t emotionally ready for the occasion 🤣

So Plan B rolled into TheBuffCave. We got this beauty fully prepped, coated in Feynlab goodness and now she’s slicker than Jason trying to avoid buying the first round 🍻

Massive shoutout to Brendan Burke for donating the bike for the run. Absolute gent of a man. In fact, he’s that sound we decided the only fair thing to do was publicly rinse him with a massive HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🥳🎂

Bike’s protected. Jason’s dangerous. Brendan’s getting older.
