One of our houses is for sale.
This 190m2 5 bed Nordica 125 is being sold by one of our past customers in Drumbrick, Co. Leitrim.
Built in 2009 this low energy house has thermal solar panels, our 80% efficient mechanical heat recovery ventialtion, a stove and our standard triple glazed windows.

We are as busy as ever building houses. This passive 154 m2 Baltica series house was started at a beautiful coastal location in Cork yesterday. As usual the house will be fully sealed with windows and doors before the end of the week.

This is day two of another Nordica build, 48 hours ago there was no house here. In time for the weekend the house will be watertight and locked with all materials inside.

After a long wait we finally got back building this Tuesday with the first house of the year. This cost effective 170 m2 5 bedroom house is on a beautiful coastal site in Clare overlooking Galway bay. With the construction lockdown over we have a few busy months ahead of us.

This Nordica 94 with a garage is being completed in Cork, owenkelly_bass on Instagram has documented the build from installing partitions and slabbing to solar panel batteries and many smart home features. The last picture shows two of the few houses we have built in Sweden. They won second place in a traditional architectural competition.

With the construction lockdown continuing we have house #337 loaded and waiting to be shipped. To keep busy we squeezed in a few small holiday homes which were built in Sweden this week. Some photos below where work is under way in the snow.

Some pictures of our house factory in Lysekil, Sweden this afternoon. House #337 is now finished and waiting to be shipped once construction is resumed. The foundation for this house was poured just in time before the coronavirus shutdown. The underfloor heating was used to speed up and ensure proper curing of the concrete despite the cold weather.
We look forward to building many more houses in 2021!

Having started on Tuesday this Baltica 99 is now erected and waterproof in time for the weekend. The finishing work will continue over the next few months with the materials which have been lifted into the house by crane.

Some photos from our factory in Sweden. With the days getting shorter, the last house was loaded with the help of floodlights. This Baltica 99 is house #336 and will be built in Ireland on Tuesday.
