O’Connell spent two decades playing board
games on tables that weren’t built for them. Every design decision traces back to that
frustration. and the conviction that serious
games deserve a serious table. Before furniture, Brian built a career as
professional juggler, and has a world r

ecord for
juggling with his feet. The required dexterity,
precision and focus turn out to be surprisingly
good skills for fine woodwork. A maker from
an early age across woodwork and sewing, he
brings the same obsessive attention to detail to
every table he creates. With degrees in Manufacturing Engineering
and Furniture Design, the sustainability and
engineering decisions behind every Top Dog
table are grounded in real expertise. In 2023 that commitment was recognised with
the Future Makers Award, one of Ireland’s most
prestigious honours in craft and design.

The entire top rail is an integrated card holder, keeping your hands free and cards visible when you need them. Tip from the Top: tip your cards forward for privacy from your neighbours.

The BitPit component tray has lots of functions!
4 separate trays for sorting your player components
Flip it to be a mobile snack bowl tray
Stick it in the tail and it becomes and easy-reach rulebook holder, or phone holder.

The MugSnug cup holder sits and slides along the top rail, comfortably attached to the TopDog clip. It can be reversed for even more secure holding of glasses and cans, and while you're at it the TopDog's tail is a handy phone holder. What else could you need?
