Lucan Housekeeping services was set up in 2013 a Local business with a local name. It was set up because Lhyne could not find any suitable work at the time. We set up a page and started exploring the world of Facebook business we now have 3500 likes. She started the job of building a good rep
utation. Lhynes background was she lived in different parts of the world at various stages. Most recently she had lived in Madrid where she managed all the household duties and catering needs of a large house for a Lady and her family working six and a half days weekly. Tough work, so she was always used to hard work. Colin was still working full time in the retail trade and managed the page and bookings, in conjunction with Lhyne. He worked in Penneys for 28 years. In 2017 we started raising the profile of the business. Colin took a year out of his job and started making connections through business networking. An invaluable tool for a small business. We became members of SDCC chamber of commerce which allowed us to attend several events including business network meetings. May 2018 Colin took the leap and left his job in Penneys and went full time into Lucan Housekeeping Services. We have continued to build and evolve the business
We do a lot of domestic work and are always on the lookout for opportunities whether its domestic or commercial. Lucan Housekeeping is our long-standing brand. Commercial cleaning pros is our new Commercial brand. We cover anywhere in the Dublin area and surrounding counties, we have done jobs in Limerick, Cavan, Kilkenny and Mullingar amongst others.
