It’s with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we at O’Reilly Training inform you of the death of our friend and colleague Willie Watson.
Willie passed away unexpectedly on Sunday 30th November.
Willie has been a trainer with us for the past 4 years. He has been an integral part of the team, always putting candidates at ease with his quick wit and good humour.
He will leave a lasting impact on O’Reilly Training and on anyone who had the privilege to work alongside him.
We will miss him greatly.
We want to give our sincere condolences to all Willie’s family and friends.
RIP Willie.

Candidates on last week’s Lift Supervisor Course carrying out pre lift inspections on the crane, lift plan and operators qualifications.
This is an Npors Accredited course, N405, and is carried out over 3 days as per NPORS requirements.

3 day LEEA Accredited Level 1 rigging course completed. The course covers Rigging loft management, lifting rotating and fleeting various loads using various equipment such as beam clamps, chain blocks, lever hoists, wire rope hoists, sn**ch blocks and many different accessory types. We carried out jacking, skating and moving loads using toe jacks, skates and skoots, ideal for electrical panels.

New addition added to our training centre. This Liebherr LTM1040 Mobile Crane will be used for our CSCS Mobile Crane & Slinger Signaller courses.
It will also be used for our NPORS Lift Supervisor and Appointed Persons courses aswell as a few new lifting related courses that are currently in development which will be rolled out over the next few months.

We are running an NPORS N019 Report of thorough examination (GA1 & LOLER) course on Tuesday 06th and Wednesday 07th May . It covers the thorough examination of lifting accessories, small plant, rigging equipment and harnesses. There are still a few places remaining on this course.
