What framework/engine do we have to choose when we want to create mobile applications?

Basically, what we do is asking ourself :
- Architecture of the framework/engine we use
- Is it easily plugged with another plugin?
- Is there a lot of pluggin/skin?
- What is the performance?
- Is it deployable in every platform?
- Is it deprecated very soon?
- Is the license term is good for us?
- Is the framework acceptable with any other company?
- How's the support?
- Is there any huge community out there?
- What is the progress of the current framework, is it progressive?
- Is it easy to be learned by another people?
- Does it have a GUI Builder?
- Is it integrating your team more efficiently?
- Does it change your "architecture" of your company too?
- Is it reasonable to invest?
