An evening where movement meets mindfulness.

Together with Just Yoga, we curated a special session designed for the active body focusing on strength, stability, and mobility through a functional backbend practice. Led by Vir, each flow was an exploration of balance between control and release, where every movement felt as good as it looked.

More than just a class, it was a moment to reconnect with the body, the breath, and a deeper sense of self.
